SHIPPING POLICY
At SonzNSisterz, many of our pieces are handmade, customized, airbrushed, reconstructed, or produced in extremely limited quantities. Because of this, some items are made-to-order and may require additional production time before shipping.
Every piece is created with intention. Thank you for supporting independent art and small-batch production.
Processing & Production Time
Please allow 5–14 business days for processing on made-to-order items.
One-of-one pieces, custom airbrush work, reconstructed garments, knitwear, and limited drop items may require additional production time depending on demand and garment availability.
Ready-to-ship items will usually be processed within 2–5 business days.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout
- Free U.S. shipping on orders over $150
Shipping timelines begin after your order has been processed and completed.
International Shipping
We currently ship worldwide to select countries.
International shipping typically takes 7–21 business days depending on customs and carrier delays. Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes required by their country.
One-of-One & Handmade Pieces
Due to the nature of handmade and one-of-one garments:
- Slight variations, distressing, airbrush textures, or fabric placement may occur
- No two pieces will ever be exactly identical
- Some garments may include vintage or repurposed materials
These details are intentional and part of the identity of the piece.
Pre-Orders
Items labeled PRE-ORDER will ship within the estimated timeframe listed on the product page.
If your order includes both pre-order and ready-to-ship items, your package may ship once all items are completed.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
SonzNSisterz is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, SonzNSisterz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
